How long does shipping take?

Shipping times per zone (pre COVID):

  • Zone 1 Asia: 1-4 weeks
  • Zone 2 Australia: 1-5
  • Zone 3 USA, Canada, Europe: 2-6 weeks
  • Zone 4 South America, Africa: 2-8 weeks

Due to COVID shipping delay may reach up to 1 to 2 months. In some cases mail will arrive with no delay. Please order at own discretion.

  • To avoid and safety risks, packages will be sent in bulk once a month.
  • The quality of your country’s courier may also determine the shipping time.
  • Holidays and non working days are not counted
  • Natural causes such as weather or travel restrictions may also be a factor in shipping time.

Has my package been sent?

  • You will receive a acknowledgment email once your order is placed and another email with a tracking number once it is processed by the post office. Our official Instagram will also post shipping updates.

Where is my tracking number?

  • For customers who opt for tracking, please check your email for tracking number. Bigcartel emails might end up in social tab for gmail users.
  • Tracking may also take a while to process. It may appear as "not found" if it has not been processed by the postal workers. 
  • Processing and updating duties are done in the discretion of the postal companies and not the shop.

Where is my order?

  • You may track you packages here ^^
  • If you suspect your package is missing, kindly check with your local post office or tracking number. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with orders without tracking numbers.
  • Please be responsible for receiving your item/inputting the correct address. Above all please be understanding. We will do our best to help if there are any problems.

Refunds, returns or Cancellations

Please approach us first if you have any concerns. Filing a dispute directly with paypal may cause unnecessary delay or even result in the disable/lock of both accounts.

  • Unless the package is wrong, damaged or lacking, I cannot refund.
  • If the order is returned, a reimbursement will be sent for item.

We will do our best to meet our customers expectations and satisfy your concerns but we will also not tolerate scammers or rude behavior. 🙏🙏🙏

Will you sell/restock (item)?

If you have suggestions or want an old item back, please contact us. We always look forward to hearing from our customers and will do our best to cater to everyone.

Is the package sustainable/clean?

  • All mail is wrapped with care in a clean and sanitised environment.
  • We use sturdy biodegradable and recyclable materials for our packaging :)
  • Mail is disinfected before sent to the post office for extra measure.
